This early exposure instilled in him a deep love for the art of cooking, propelling him into the world of hotel management. Over the years, Omkar has honed his skills at renowned establishments such as The Oberoi Group, where he refined his craft under the mentorship of seasoned chefs.
However, it was his time at Trishna in London that truly sparked Omkar's creativity and innovation. Here, he found the perfect canvas to express his culinary artistry, experimenting with flavors and techniques to create dishes that tantalized the taste buds and pushed the boundaries of traditional cuisine.

Meet our chef for the tandoor Samir Naik. From a young age, he found joy in the kitchen, cooking alongside his mother. As they prepared meals together, his love for creating delicious dishes grew into a passion that would shape his future.
Inspired by his mother's culinary skills, Samir decided to pursue a career in cooking. He started by mastering the art of tandoor cuisine, specializing in appetizers and entrees that left people craving for more. His expertise in working with the traditional clay oven became his signature, earning him a reputation as the man behind the tantalizing tandoor dishes.
Samir's culinary journey truly began when he landed a job at the famed Taj Hotel in Mumbai. For three years, he honed his skills in the renowned kitchen, learning from experienced chefs and gaining invaluable knowledge of the culinary world. It was at the Taj Hotel that he truly understood the importance of attention to detail and the ability to create dishes that delighted the senses.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Samir decided to venture beyond his homeland. He packed his bags and set off to Singapore, known for its vibrant food scene. There, he secured a position at a prestigious fine dining restaurant, where he continued to showcase his talent and passion for cooking.
Now, after accumulating a total of six years of experience as a tandoor chef, Samir is about to embark on a new chapter in his culinary career. He has joined the team at Dhamaal.
